Solutions (Personal Contract Plan)

Solutions (Personal Contract Plan) offers you the flexibility to drive the SEAT that you really want. You can choose a period between 1 ½ - 3 ½ years. It also allows you to delay paying some of your vehicle's value. The agreement allows you to choose from one of the following options at the end of the agreement:

What benefits does Solutions offer me?

  • Solutions (PCP) is ideal for customers who like the idea of changing their vehicles regularly, reducing the potential period of repayments, or simply want to leave their options open for a period of time
  • By deferring an agreed amount to the end of your agreement you can potentially: change your vehicle more often to suit your needs, and stay within the warranty period; upgrade to get a higher specification model; reduce your monthly payments
  • A Solutions agreement can protect you from unforeseen depreciation of the vehicle’s value
  • Deposits can be as little as one monthly payment
  • Solutions is a flexible product, giving you three options for the end of your contract. This decision doesn’t need to be made until the end of the agreement

Once you have chosen your SEAT and decided on your deposit, you need to make three decisions that will affect the monthly repayments:

  • Your repayment period
Choose between 18 and 48 months
  • Mileage per year
Choose how many miles you expect to drive each year
  • Optional Final Payment
Defer an agreed amount until the end of your agreement, you will then have to choose from one of three options

What happens at the end of my agreement?

At the end of your agreement you have three options:

  1. Exchange the vehicle for a new SEAT.  The agreement will be settled and any excess sales proceeds can contribute to your new agreement (subject to application and acceptance).
  2. Pay the option to purchase fee and the optional final payment, then take full ownership of the vehicle
  3. Simply return the vehicle to SEAT (fees may be payable)

What benefits does Hire Purchase offer me?

  • Hire Purchase leads to ownership and is suited to customers who potentially intend to keep their vehicle for longer than the period of repayments
  • There are no mileage restrictions
  • Deposits can be as little as one monthly payment
  • You can choose the most appropriate term to suit your monthly budget
Once you have chosen your SEAT and decided on your deposit, you just need to make one decision that will affect your monthly payments
  • You can decide the length of your repayment period
Choose any repayment period between 12 and 60 months+

What happens if I want to end my agreement early?

You may terminate a Hire Purchase agreement earlier than the full term. How far into your agreement you are will affect the amount left to pay.

Will I own the vehicle?

Yes, once you have paid the final payment and option to purchase fee.

What benefits does Contract Hire offer me?

  • Contract Hire is ideal for customers simply wanting to pay a monthly rental for the vehicle, change it on a regular fixed period and have no disposal risk
  • You won’t own the vehicle, just keep it in good condition and within your chosen mileage to avoid any additional costs when you hand it back
  • If you are a business user:
  1. A proportion of the rentals may be claimable as an expense against taxable profits
  2. An element of the VAT on rentals may be recoverable by VAT registered businesses
  • You can build in a service, maintenance and tyres plan to spread these costs making budgeting even easier

Once you have paid all outstanding rentals, you simply hand your vehicle back, subject to fair wear and tear and excess mileage charges.

  • Your rental payment period
Choose any period between 12 and 48 months
  • Mileage per year
Choose how many miles you expect to drive each year
  • Servicing
Choose to include a service, maintenance and tyres plan in your agreement

Once you have paid all outstanding rentals, you simply hand your vehicle back, subject to fair wear and tear and excess mileage charges.

What happens at the end of my agreement?

At the end of your agreement you just pay any outstanding rentals, fair wear and tear or excess mileage charges and hand the vehicle back to SEAT Financial Services.

Will I own the vehicle?

No, you are hiring the vehicle and will hand it back at the end of the agreement.
