Update 29/11/21 Face mask must be worn when visiting one of our branches

Following recent government guidance we are now asking all customers, unless an exemption exists to wear a suitable face mask for the duration of thier visit to one of our dealerships. Thank you

Update 29/01/21 SMC Motor Group - We use disinfectant foggers on your vehicle

Here at SMC Motor Group in Aldershot, Woking and Weybridge when you bring your vehicle in for service, MOT or repair we carry out this procedure after arrival with us and before we hand the vehicle back to you.

We use a disinfectant fogger to fill the air inside your vehicle with tiny droplets, which then settle on all of the room’s surfaces to protect against the spread of COVID-19.

Update 05/01/21 Our showrooms remain closed but we are still open online and our service departments remain open for booked appointments.

Following government guidance from last night’s briefing we are pleased to say that we are still here to support you.

Our service departments continue to be open as normal by appointment and are taking bookings now, so please make sure you don't leave vital servicing, repairs or your MOT until the last moment when you may require your vehicle.

Whilst the new rules mean that our showrooms are closed for customer visits for sales, but open to access our service departments, we are still open online and you can still book a veirtual appointment

Our workshops are open...

All the relevant staff training has been carried out ongoing and we are following Government guidelines and the relevant PPE and cleaning processes continue to be in place.

In order to support social distancing however, it is imperative that we limit the number of customers and colleagues in our dealerships at any one time. As such, our service departments will operate strictly on an appointment only basis, please contact your dealership to make a booking.

Whilst the showrooms are closed by law for sales access is still allowed to enter our reception areas.

The safety and well-being of our customers and colleagues remains our number one priority, so to ensure this, we have put together a detailed plan to guide us through the re-opening process.

This plan includes numerous social distancing and enhanced hygiene measures, new operating processes and the widespread introduction of personal protective equipment to ensure everyone’s safety.

Whilst our sales showrooms will remain closed until the Government permits us to re-open them, by opening our workshops we will be able to re-start preparing new and used cars ready for collection for when the time is right.
